Directions
By Road from the South:

Take the A11 to Norwich and go over the A47 (southern by-pass) to Norwich ring road.
Turn left and continue round the ring road to A1151 and then travel approx 8 miles to Wroxham and Hoveton.
Entering Wroxham and after crossing the railway bridge and mini roundabout, take the second right hand turn, into The Avenue.
After about a hundred yards take a left hand turn into Staithway Road and follow this down towards the boatyard.
Keep left entering the boatyard as you pass the first boatsheds you will find Peninsula Properties Services reception round towards the right.
Waveney cottage is just before the reception on the right hand side.

From West and North:
Take the A47 towards Norwich and leave it at the Norwich showground, A1074 and head towards Norwich City.
At the Norwich ring road turn left and carry on around the ring road until you reach the A1151 and then travel approximately 8 miles to Wroxham and Hoveton.

From Great Yarmouth:
Take the A149 and travel past Stalham to Wayford.
There go onto the A1151 and Wroxham and Hoveton are approximately 3 miles.
Over Wroxham Bridge travel for approximately 1 mile turning left into The Avenue.

By Train:
There are Railway services to Wroxham from Norwich approximately every hour during the daytime.

By Bus:
There is a frequent bus service provided by First Eastern Counties, and Neaves coaches. From Norwich to Wroxham takes approximately 30 mins.
