Take exit 10 off the M20 at Ashford:
Follow the signs from the roundabout to International Station - after 2 miles take the A2070 to Hastings (this is initially signposted to Hamstreet). Stay on the A2070 for 12 miles until you reach Brenzett. At Brenzett roundabout take the B2080 to Appledore (about 3 miles). When you enter the village, take the road opposite the Black Lion, this is Court Lodge Road. Rose Cottage is the last cottage but one on the right.
