From the A380 at Kingsteignton, take the A381 signposted to Teignmouth and Shaldon.
Follow this road for approximately 3 and a half miles to traffic lights; where you turn right, to cross the bridge over the River Teign to Shaldon.
Continue along this road for 500 yards, the property can be found on your left.
