Directions
From Abergavenny (approx 14 miles):
Take the Hereford road out of Abergavenny. (A465)
Turn left at Pandy, by the Pandy Inn (signposted Longtown)
Take the right fork at Longtown (signposted Michaelchurch Escley)
After about 4 miles you will pass Michaelchurch Church and we are about 100 yds further on the right, before you get to the telephone box.

From Hereford (approx 14 miles)
Take the Abergavenny road out of Hereford (A465)
About half a mile after the Tesco roundabout, turn right on the B4349 (signposted Hay-on-Wye)
Turn left at Clehonger, just after the disused petrol station (signposted Vowchurch, Peterchurch, Kingstone)
At the 'T' junction turn right towards Peterchurch
At Vowchurch you will go down a dip in the road & find a turn left with a finger post marked Michaelchurch Escley.
Follow the road until you come to a 'T' junction in the village of Michaelchurch. Turn left and we are the first house on the left, past the telephone box.

From Ross-on-Wye (M50) (approx 25 miles)
(From the end of M50 turn left onto Ross Spur dual carriageway, straight on at 1st roundabout, right at Wilton roundabout, signposted to Hereford.)
Take the Hereford road out of Ross (A49)
After the village of Harewood End, turn left on the B4348 (signposted Hay-on-Wye)
Continue on B4348, (very staggered junction with A466 & staggered junction with A465) through Thruxton & Kingstone to Vowchurch.
At Vowchurch you will go down a dip in the road & find a turn left with a finger post marked Michaelchurch Escley.
Follow the road until you come to a 'T' junction in the village of Michaelchurch. Turn left and we are the first house on the left, past the telephone box.

From Hay-on-Wye:
Take B4348 out of Hay & follow signs to Peterchurch, carry on through village, past Vowchurch village sign, to junction in a dip (with mirror), turn right, signposted Michaelchurch Escley.
Follow the road until you come to a 'T' junction in the village of Michaelchurch. Turn left and we are the first house on the left, past the telephone box.

( There is a shorter route - turn right at end of straight on leaving Hay instead of carrying on to Peterchurch. This is a very narrow, bendy road over the hill, not advisable to use in icy or snowy weather, but only about 9 miles instead of 15. You will pass Michaelchurch school when entering the village, ½ mile later go straight over the junction, past the telephone box and find us on the left round the bend.)
