Leave M5 at junction 27 direction Barnstaple:
After approx. 18 miles turn left at Moortown Cross direction Rose Ash. Take the 2nd left direction Witheridge. After approx 2 1/2 miles turn left just before the radio mast. Little Venhay is approx. 1/2 mile on left. Turn in gate & Orchard Cottage is in front of you.
