From Shaldon: Take the road to Torquay, follow along past The Thatched Tavern pub sign at Maidencombe on the left hand side.
Carry on up the hill, Claddon Lane will be on your right, just past the No Entry road.
Take the Claddon Lane turning and then immediately right again. Follow the lane along, past a few houses, following the road round to the right.
You are then in the Hamlet of Middle Rocombe, turn left before the long row of red barn conversions (they will be right ahead of you). Apple cottage is then on the left, next to Apple Barn.
Drive through the farm gate and into our gate on the right. We will supply you with a map. The property is not difficult to find.
