Bryony Cottage, Fowey
Bryony Cottage is situated on the outskirts of Fowey in the small hamlet of Newtown, enjoying open aspects to the front and rear. This lovely cottage is full of character with exposed beams and a multi-fuel stove.

From the M5 leave at Junction 31 (Exeter) taking the A30.
After approximately 1 hour leave the A30 at the Bodmin exit following signs for Lostwithiel and the B3268/B3269.
Take the B3269 towards Lostwithiel until reaching the T-junction with the A390.
Turn right onto the A390.
After about 1/2 mile take the 1st exit onto the B3269 and continue for about 5 miles.
You will then reach the hamlet of Newtown (a row of 14 cottages). Partway along the row there is a small gap on the left between the cottages (blue cottage to the Fowey side of the gap), which is the narrow lane/driveway that leads to the parking area.
Carefully drive to the top of this lane-driveway and parking is to the top left marked Parking for Bryony Cottage.
