We are exactly 1 mile from the A3052. Once you turn right off the lane, come up the drive, we are the first property on the right hand side.
You can park outside the cottage. Do not attempt to come down the track from the top of Boshill at New Haye, as this is only a bridleway and you will get stuck! (Satnav users beware.)
