From Inverness take the Loch Ness road - A82 - toward Drumnadrochit (Fort William). Drumnadrochit is approx 13 miles from Inverness
As you near Drumnadrochit turn right - signposted as 'Drumbuie'.
From Ft Augustus ( Fort William ) – or from the village of Drumnadrochit
drive through the village of Drumnadrochit and take the A82 towards Inverness. Approx half a mile out of the village you will find the Drumbuie signpost turning left up the hill.
After the Drumbuie turnoff………
Follow the twisting road up the hill passed the 'Lower Drumbuie' sign.
Follow the 'Mid Drumbuie' road to your left along the private track.
As the track levels out keep to the left and then Boxy's Cottage is at the end of the track.
Please note - the track is not suitable for sports cars or vehicles with low ground clearance.
