From Aberdeen take the A947 to Turriff.
Go through Turriff.
Go straight across at roundabout.
Turn left after traffic lights Police Station will be on your left.
Take 1st left to Aberchirder B9025 7miles.
Turn right at A97 towards Banff for 2miles.
Turn right at sign Hill of Maunderlea just before Portsoy turn off to your left.
Half a mile up road 2nd opening on your left.
