Wagtails is a cottage style Apartment set in a larger cottage on an idyllic village green, in Llanmadoc Village, Gower Peninsula.
The Apartment has its own parking to the front door and compises of entry door, into kitchenette, in to lounge (open plan to kitchen), then a door leads through to the bedroom, which in turn has another door into its own private en suite bathroom.
The cottage apartment has parking in its own private drive to front door. There is a small patio at the rear with a table and chairs. In addition, 15 yards away the Apartment has its own large garden area, enclosed within owners own garden. Wagtails garden has a small summer shed to sit inside, read a book etc., bird feeders, teak benches, table and chairs, and mature shrubbery.
