This 200 year old cottage is fully furnished and equipped for your short or long break, with all linen provided.
Larklands has a master bedroom, with double bed. A twin room with 2x singles, there is a sofa bed in lounge for additional sleeping.
The kitchen contains a built in oven and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster etc.....plus enough crockery etc for 6 people.
All pets are welcome and should bring their own bedding.
A woodburner supplements the electric heating and some wood will be provided. You can purchase logs locally and a mixture of wood and coal can be burnt.
The cottage is located within easy reach of the town of Boston, the seaside resort of Skegness and the antique town of Horncastle.
The local rivers and lakes offer fishing, please check local angling sites for full information.
Hubberts bridge is a small hamlet with lovely walks along the river.
