Marsh View Cottage is a modern cottage which is furnished and equipped to high standards.
Facilities include a 32" television with Freeview, DVD player, ipod docking station, Internet access available via a pre paid dongle, a Nintendo wii games console, a good selection of books, DVDs and games.
We accept 1 medium/large or 2 small dogs at an extra charge. A travel cot, stair gates and high chair are provided.
Each bedroom has a television/DVD combo with Freeview.
Gas BBQ, 2 adult bikes for guests use [helmets not provided] garden furniture.
All hotel quality linen and towels are provided. A welcome pack awaits you on arrival as well as a large welcome basket of especially made to order produce delivered fresh to the cottage on day of arrival.
In the master bedroom are fluffy bath robes and complimentary slippers and mini sea kelp toiletries.
The cottage is a wonderful mix of seaside and countryside. The sand dunes and miles of sandy beach are a short walk to the front. To the rear are stunning, uninterrupted views of protected marsh land with an abundance of wildlife and birdlife.
Nearby are water sports facilities, cycle paths,some wonderful walks, bird watching, fishing,golf and some fine restaurants and shopping in nearby Rye, as well as the historic 1066 country to explore.
Being on the borders with Kent there is a wealth of things to do and see whatever the time of year and whatever your interest.Many repeat guests
