There are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room and a spacious lounge. The large garden is south facing, mainly pebble with a patio area which is ideal for having BBQs.
Situated on Shoreham Beach, Shoreham-By-Sea, the bustling city of Brighton and Hove is only 20 minutes away and Gatwick Airport 30 minutes away.
There are plenty of things to do locally, from walking on the South Downs to shopping in the famous Brighton Lanes, going to the theatres/bars/clubs/museums or just relaxing on the beach.
If you are a fan of 'The Da Vinci Code', you may wish to visit one of the oldest airports in Britain, Shoreham Airport. They used our airport to film a scene with Silas in the control tower!
