Y Cartws, Llanybydder

Holiday Cottage: 3231 Ceredigion

Y Cartws

Llanybydder
Visit Wales:   5 star
Cottage's own web site
The self-catering property is situated just twenty minutes from the coast, next to the twelfth century church of the small village, Llanwenog.

Mostly built using the original stone, it is well insulated, with a slate roof and oil fired central heating. A gravel parking area is situated near the flowerbed and private woodland. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a gallery sitting room.

The local wildlife thrives amongst the trees and wild flowers in this tranquil location. Y Cartws provides an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area by bicycle or on foot.

The property has a lockable outhouse for up to four bicycles, golfing, walking, angling and other outdoor equipment.

The woodland and church provide a wonderful setting for rejuvenation; in isolation with beautiful birdsong.

Highlights
  • We cater especially for cyclists and anglers, with approval from Visit Wales.
  • The cottage is exceptionally spacious, but is still very cosy.
