Awel y Mor is a homely, spacious self catering cottage, located one mile from the fishing village of New Quay, sometimes described as 'the jewel in the crown of the West Wales coast'. The area is famous for its bottle nosed dolphins and picturesque coastal villages. Within walking distance to the village pub, the cottage has an enclosed garden and spectacular coastal views.

Ground Floor
The large kitchen/diner is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and toaster. The lounge has comfortable seating for 6, TV with DVD player and a patio door opening to the rear lawn.

Awel y Mor has 3 bedrooms: one twin, one double and one 4ft single bed. There are wardrobes, dressing tables, independent bedside lamps and convector heating in all three bedrooms. Family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, WC and wash basin.

Awel y Mor also has an utility room with sink unit and washing machine and a separate toilet.

Garden
There is a large lawned area surrounding the property with garden furniture and barbecue.

There is a large enclosed garden surrounding the property including furniture and barbecue. Spectacular coastal views.
Local Services: Awel y Mor Self Catering Cottage is situated on a quiet side road in the small village of Maenygroes just over a mile from the popular village of New Quay. Awel y Mor is within walking distance to the village pub and grocery store and is also only four miles from the National Trust cove at Cwmtydu.

New Quay has a lovely sandy beach and bottle nosed dolphins (see video below), porpoise and seals which reside in Cardigan Bay can be frequently seen from the harbour wall. There's a range of eating places and a few shops.

Popular attractions in the area include the Bottle nosed Dolphins, Honey Farm and Coastal Villages. Popular activities include water sports, fishing, walking, cycling and coastal scenery.


Directions
From Synod Inn take the New Quay road to Maenygroes. Turn right at crossroads, Awel y Mor is the fourth property on the right.
