Burnbrae is a cosy traditional cottage situated in the quiet village of Milton just two miles from Loch Ness. It has been modernised to provide comfortable self catering accommodation sleeping 4 people in one double and one twin bedroom.
The cottage is a fantastic base for touring the Highlands with day trips to the Isle of Skye in the West, the Castle of Mey or John o'Groats in the North, Fort William, Ben Nevis and Glen Coe to the South and the Cairngorms to the East.
In the village of Drumnadrochit, just one mile away, are several excellent bars and restaurants, along with two visitor centres and various shops.
The world famous Urquhart Castle is just three miles from the cottage and is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon watching the loch and doing some 'monster spotting'.
Boat trips on the Loch are available for sight seeing and fishing, and for the more energetic visitors there is an excellent riding centre just outside the village catering for beginners and experts alike.
Mountain bike enthusiasts can try their skills on the new bike park at Balnain just four miles into Glen Urquhart or if you prefer walking or climbing there is no shortage of fantastic walks in the area.
After a day spent sightseeing or walking Burnbrae is the perfect place to relax and unwind while you relive the day's adventures.
