Holly Cottage is a lovely warm cottage, which sleeps 5, set in its own large garden. The cottage is located within an area of fantastic scenery and is ideally situated for touring the north of Scotland; great for hill walking, bird watching and fishing.

The separate dining room, has a coal fire, a portable TV also Radio/CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave and toaster.

The conservatory is a lovely place to relax and watch the varied species of birds, also the visiting roe deer.
Holly Cottage is situated in the village of Balnain, which is 4 miles from Loch Ness. From here you can visit historic Urquhart Castle, go �Nessie� hunting, or enjoy a boat trip from Inverness to Fort Augustus.
