Sea Cottage is a happy family holiday home with all the necessities but no frills. It is set in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the National Trust Heath to the sea.
About 5 minutes by car/ 20 minutes walk from the beautiful and safe sandy beach of Studland, which offers over 2 miles of sand and forms part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The South West Coast Path runs along this beach. The Isle of Purbeck Golf Course is a short distance away and the RSPB Reserve at Arne is also close by.
There is parking for 2/3 cars on the front drive and a large rear garden.
Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen; the facilities include table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer.
The sitting room has night storage heaters and an open fire TV, Video, toys and games. Double doors lead to a separate dining room. The sunroom at the back of the house has French windows, which open on to a patio area with seating.
Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.
Upstairs there are three twin bedded rooms, 1 with beds put together to form a 6-foot double, one single bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. There is a newly modernised family bathroom with bath and shower.

Directions
Over Studland ferry to crossroads in Studland Village. Turn right and take 2nd right into Agglestone Road.
From Corfe Castle, turn left at Village crossroads and follow the above.
