The property is a 2 bedroomed ground floor flat in a converted historic church situated close to the centre of the village of Braemar. The church is in its own wooded grounds on the banks of the river Clunie, a tributary of the Dee.
The apartment is fully equipped, centrally heated and all linen and towels are provided.
Braemar is situated in the centre of the Cairngorms National Park and is an ideal centre for touring, birdwatching, walking and "Munro bagging". There is a first class 18 hole golf course in the village - the highest in Scotland and the royal residence of Balmoral is close by.
The Royal Family always attend the Braemar gathering which is held on the first Saturday of September each year.

Braemar can only be reached by road. It lies 60 miles west of Aberdeen and 60 miles north of Perth. The church is on the left hand side heading north opposite the Invercauld Hotel.
