From M5 junction 30 take A379 towards Dawlish. Continue to Matfod roundabout take left into Sannerville Way towards Exminster, then turn right into the village of Exminster. Continue past Tesco Express and take next right into Days-Pottles Lane. After 1/2 mile you will find a white cottage on your left AND red sandstone cottages on right Ignore left turn there and continue for a further 50 metres turing left into a farm track.
