This beautifully renovated, 300-year-old, thatched, detached cottage is situated on the owner's 25-acre organic conversion smallholding, on the edge of Exminster, with shop and pubs within half a mile.

Local attractions include Dartmoor National Park with its rugged scenery, Haldon Forestry Centre with walks and cycle trails, Exeter city centre, Powderham Castle, the picturesque estuary town of Topsham and several National Trust properties are all on the doorstep. Beaches and coastal walks are within a 15-minute drive, and local deep sea fishing can be arranged. There is also a golf course in the village. For nature lovers there is an abundance of wildlife including the habitat of the rare Cirl Bunting.

    By Car:
    From M5 junction 30 take A379 towards Dawlish. Continue to Matfod roundabout take left into Sannerville Way towards Exminster, then turn right into the village of Exminster. Continue past Tesco Express and take next right into Days-Pottles Lane. After 1/2 mile you will find a white cottage on your left AND red sandstone cottages on right Ignore left turn there and continue for a further 50 metres turing left into a farm track. Lower Pottles in on your right.
