From M5 junction 30 take A379 towards Dawlish. Continue to Matfod roundabout take left into Sannerville Way towards Exminster, then turn right into the village of Exminster. After 1/2 mile you will find a white cottage on your left AND red sandstone cottages on right Ignore left turn there and continue for a further 50 metres turing left into a farm track.
