The cottage is located within the Peak National Park near to Ashbourne.
It is a short walk to the Manifold Valley which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where it is possible to walk or cycle.
The cottage is one of 25 newly built properties on a small development completed in July 2007. It is furnished to a high standard with top quality fittings throughout.
Downstairs there is a hallway with Cloakroom/WC. A large lounge/dining room having french doors leading out to the garden. A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bathroom with over bath shower and two bedrooms (1 king size and 1 double). A futher flight of stairs leads to the third bedroom which has a large double sofa bed.
There is off-road parking to the front of the property.
