Located at the end of a rural no through lane, Polglynn Cottage is situated in North Cornwall near Wadebridge, just outside the village of St. Mabyn.

On arriving your eyes are drawn to the extensive views towards St. Endellion Church famous for music festivals at Easter and August and the Camel Estuary.

In the other direction you can see Rough Tor and Brown Willy on Bodmin Moor; surrounded by vast grazing fields with horses, cattle, sheep and lots of wild birds, the cottage offers first class comfortable accommodation and a large safe play area for children.

Ample Parking

Recently converted, Polglynn Cottage provides for up to four people plus (cot if required), with extremely comfortable and spacious open plan accommodation.

Entrance and Utility Room
The entrance down two steps leads you into the bright and well laid out utility area, which accommodates a washing machine, tumble dryer, the central heating boiler and sink; two doors lead off this room one to bedroom two and the other, down three steps into an airy corridor to bedroom one and the kitchen.

Kitchen/Dining Area
The kitchen which overlooks a paddock is fully equipped with the following:

It is comprehensively equipped with crockery, utensils and cutlery.

The dining area with large patio window overlooking the terrace has a pine table, five chairs and dresser.

Lounge
The fabulous lounge has two patio windows overlooking the valley; it has a comfortable leather suite, wide screen TV with video, DVD audio tape player, CD and radio.

For wet days and dark evenings a wood burning stove provides cosiness' and for those not wishing to watch the TV, a book case is laden with books, magazines and games.

From the lounge you can walk out and sit on the decking terrace and watch the sun set towards St. Endellion Church.

Bedrooms
Bedroom one has a five foot bed, wardrobe, bed side tables and a chest of drawers.
The patio window over looks the terrace. The luxurious fully tiled en-suite has a bath and wall shower attachment, vanity unit and toilet.

Bedroom two has twin three foot beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. Again the luxurious fully tiled en-suite bathroom has a large shower, vanity unit and toilet.

Directions
When approaching Cornwall on the A30:
At Launceston take the A39 to Camelford/Wadebridge at the Kennards House Junction.
Follow the A39 to Camelford, and as you leave Camelford at Truckle Valley, turn left on to the B3266 just after the petrol station. Follow the B3266 until you come to Longstone and turn right at the crossroads towards St. Mabyn, then take the first turning on the right just before St. Mabyn Holiday Park down a 'no through' lane. Keep going for approximately three quarters of a mile and you will come to Polglaze Cottage followed by Polglynn Cottage on your left.

Should you be approaching from Bodmin:
Take the Wadebridge road up Dunmere Hill until you come to Mount Charles junction at the top.
Take the right fork on the B3266 for Camelford, follow the road and take the second St. Mabyn turning at Longstone Cross Roads.
After 300 yards take the first right turn just before St. Mabyn Holiday Park.
Follow the road down for approximately three quarters of a mile until you come to Polglynn Cottage.
