A Charming, character, self catering, 2 bed roomed Holiday Cottage, offering flexible accommodation for up to 6 guests, ideal for large families. We are situated in St Minver but close to Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and Daymer Bay in North Cornwall.
The cottage consists of an open plan ground floor with a sitting area with comfortable seating for 6, a DVD player, 28" digital TV.
The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 6; a high-chair is also available. A well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washer/dryer.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a luxury King Size bed. The 2nd bigger bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 foldouts both have ample wardrobe and drawer space. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
All the rooms are furnished, decorated and accessorised to a very high standard and the cottage is set in large lawned communal gardens and enjoys spectacular views over the camel estuary to Bodmin Moor and beyond.

From Exeter:
Follow the A30 Past Okehampton, then just past Launceston, filter left, heading onto A395 toward Camelford.
Continue to the end of this road, about 10 miles, to a T junction.
Turn leftonto A39 toward Camelford & Wadebridge.
Through Camelford where the road narrows then on to Wadebridge.
As you approach Wadebridge go straight across a large roundabout, signed Wadebridge Town Centre,
Down 400 yards to mini roundabout, turn right onto B3314, Signposted Rock, Polzeath & Port Isaac. Passing the school and the sports centre on your left and Wadebridge FC on your right. Continue about 4 miles, look for a right turn into the entrance to Treglyn Farm.
The turning is directly opposite the left turn towards Rock & Pityme
