Cottage's own web site
Nestling in the countryside near Launceston, the old Cornish capital, you will find Dorset Farm just 10 minutes from the A30.

You can be assured of a very warm welcome and that your stay here with us, will leave you feeling totally refreshed from the stresses and worries of every day life.

An abundance of teeming wildlife, mammals, plants and birds can be found in the surrounding meadow-lands on the farm.

The beautiful River Tamar forms one of the boundaries, so there are plenty of opportunities to fish, paint, take photographs, or just relax and let the world go by.

There are many attractions not too far from us for you to visit and enjoy - for example: The Tamar Otter Wildlife Sanctuary, the famous Eden Project, Dartmoor and stunning Cornish beaches to surf or soak up the sun.

We offer a very well equipped bungalow-style accommodation with two bedrooms (one twin, one double), with the facility for up to two extra single beds.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a comfortable lounge with wood burner and television, a bathroom and separate WC.

Ask us about our Photography Days, our Painting Course, Wildlife Walks or Hot Air Ballooning.

Highlights
  • The beautiful River Tamar with fishing and walks.
  • Tranquility and the freedom to explore the farm.
