A large and airy open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen, features coal fire. Views from the rear windows along the coast and out to sea. Newly fitted modern kitchen.

Main bedroom with double bed, full-size single bed, wardrobe and drawers and room for a travel cot, sea view. Bedroom two with double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside lamps. Views over the North York Moors. First floor shower room with shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail bathroom cabinet. Downstairs Bathroom with bath & shower.

The area is ideal for walkers with the Cleveland way nearby leading to Staithes one way and Runswick Bay the other.

From the A174:
Whitby to Middlesborough Road. At the village of Hinderwell take the signpost for Port Mulgrave ¼ mile. Mulgrave cottage is located on Rosedale Lane, just down from the letter box. At the end of the row of cottages turn right onto the back lane, which is suitable for loading/unloading the car only. Ample free parking on Rosedale Lane near the cottage.
