Our well equipped Cottage in the beautiful town of Staithes is a little over an hour and a half from Leeds. Situated on the High Street in the heart of the old village, a minutes walk from the slipway to the boats, a similar distance from a Pub, a couple of bistros and a good quality restaurant, and a 2 minutes gentle stroll to the Harbour.
We'd like you to feel at home in our holiday cottage. There's a double bedroom (King), a twin room (with cot) and a bunk room. The ground floor is a good sized, comfy lounge.
The dining kitchen on the lower ground floor has a great feel to it, with real Oak floor, cast iron range, and stone walls. We take long, relaxed breakfasts here watching the world go by.
Whether you are chilling out for a weekend with the family, walking on the North York Moors, fossil hunting, fishing, or visiting the historic fishing towns and villages of the area, you will find Coastguard Cottage a wonderful retreat.
