Nutcombe Barn is the largest of the three cottages at Nutcombe Farm, it has a large open plan living/dining room and luxury kitchen with wonderful views from its own Juliet balcony.

The first of the three double bedrooms is located on this floor. It has a limestone en-suite shower room. Down stairs are two large bedrooms the first with dressing room and large en-suite limestone shower room, French doors to terrace and courtyard garden. The second has an en-suite shower/bathroom with French doors to the terrace and courtyard garden. Access can be made from lower and upper levels.

There is a secret door between the Cider House and Nutcombe Barn linking the upstairs space if required. The two properties can thus be taken together with 5 en-suite bedrooms sleeping 10 in total.

Directions
Make your way to Junction 27 on the M5:
At the roundabout follow signs for the A361 heading towards Barnstaple. Continue on this road for 25 Miles, going through 2 roundabouts.

After 25 Miles you will come to a roundabout called N Aller roundabout you will need to take the fourth exit on to the A399 following signs to Combe Martin.

After 12 miles you will need to take a right at Coulsworthy Lane (sign posted Hunters Inn) and then continue for one mile until you come to a sharp corner bending round to the right (Stoney Cross). Take a left here down Nutcombe Hill. Follow this road for about 600M and you will come to Nutcombe Farm on the left hand side.
