The Hoose is a recently renovated old fisherman's cottage sitting on the harbour side in the famous salmon fishing village of Helmsdale.

The Hoose is comfortably furnished and is ideal for a relaxing Highland break.

Three Double Bedrooms - one on the ground floor.
Two Bathrooms - one on the ground floor.
Living room.
Kitchen with breakfast bar, Range Cooker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge and Freezer.

A barn is attached to the side of the cottage and is ideal for storing fishing rods or golf clubs.

For golfers there is a 9 hole course in Helmsdale and numberous links golf courses within a 30 mile radius, uncluding the famour Royal Dornoch.

Seafood is in abundance and the local fishermen will gladly sell you lobsters or crabs for your suppers.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking the shellfood or you can try one of the restaurants in the village.

Directions
By car from Inverness travel North on the A9 for a distance of approximately 55 miles.
Once over the Helmsdale bridge on the A9 turn right and then after 50yds, bear right down the hill to the harbour.
Turn left onto East Shore Street and The Hoose is the 4th on the left hand side.
Bus and Train conncections are also available from Inverness.

Pricing and Opening Times
Seasons Open: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.

Low Season: £300 per week.
High Season: £650 per week.

Change over day is normally Saturdays, with guests leaving by 10am on Saturday morning and arriving after 4pm in the afternoon.
