Barn conversion comprising of two self-catering cottages, furnished & finished to a very high standard.

Situated away from roads in beautiful Wold landscape, surrounded by our arable Wold fields growing grain & pastures grazing sheep & cattle.

We offer peace & tranquillity, large gardens & grounds with easy access to Yorkshire Coast (Filey 7 miles), Bempton RSPB Reserve, historic houses Burton Agnes Hall & Sledmere House, Beverley, Hull, York & Moors.

The Hayloft offers a ground floor king size double bedroom, with shower en-suite, first floor twin room with bath en-suite, open plan kitchen dining & sitting area with sofa bed for extra guests TV hi-fi, DVD, video.

There are panoramic views from an arched window of the surrounding wold countryside.

The Hayloft is fitted with fridge freezer, dishwasher,microwave, toaster, bread machine, hairdryer, radio alarm etc.

A laundry room is available with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, sink, hooks to hang damp coats or to dry muddy boots.

There is plenty of lawn area, barbecues & patio sets.

All heating, hot water, electricity, bed linen & towels are included. (not beach towels).

Local pubs offer wonderful Yorkshire food & ale and farm shops where you can by local produce.

Cycle routes, walks in country side & coast.
Boat trips, train journeys or visit the free museums in Hull or Beverley Minster.

Bed & Breakfast is also available in our award winning Georgian manor house.

£180-£240 Short Breaks.
£250-£620 Full Weeks.

Deposit of £100 secures the booking,balance due one month before arrival.
£60 charge for use of sofa bed, £20 for cot and high chair.

Open all year. Short breaks available out of school holidays. Please telephone to arrange.
