Granary cottage comprises the end of a 100 year old stable and granary, set in the peaceful countryside, just one and a half miles from the village of Snainton, with views to the North Yorks Moors.

Snainton offers a pub/restaurant, shop/garage. We are ideally placed for walking, cycling, horse riding activities, with Dalby forest and the Moors a short drive away.

It is an ideal touring base with the beaches at Scarborough, Whitby and Filey. The market towns of Pickering, Malton, Helmsley, the historic City of York and "Heart-beat country" all within easy reach.

The Accommodation is all on the ground floor, spacious kitchen/diner with Belfast sink. The lounge with open fire, French doors opening onto the patio.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin.
Fridge -freezer, ceramic hob, oven, Microwave, Digital TV, CD, DVD.

No charges for Oil fired c/heating, electric, bed linen & towels, initial supply of coal and logs.

We are half way between Pickering and Scarborough off the A170.

>u>From the West on the A170:
On entering Snainton take the 1st right after the Costcutter shop down into Station Rd.
Follow this out of the village approx 1 mile, at the cross roads turn right and we are the 2nd farm on the left.
From the East on the A170:
Take the 1st left after the Peacock pub into Station Rd, then as above.
