Recently converted stone built chapel set in the owners grounds located in a quiet stone village on the edge of the Nene valley. Ideally located for Burghley House, historic Stamford, Rutland Water and Grafham Water.

A little further afield are the North Norfolk coast, Cambridge and London (all around an hour away).

The area is popular for walking and cycling as well as bird-watching, at the internationally important Rutland Water (Ospreys and Red Kite can be seen in the area).

Plenty for children nearby: Sacrewell Farm Visitor Centre and Thomas the Tank Engine, at the Nene Valley Steam Railway are only 10 minutes away.

Upstairs double bedroom with king-sized bed, downstairs twin bedroom with full sized single beds.

Fully fitted kitchen and open plan lounge-dining area with satellite TV and DVD player.

Private patio area with seating for 4, bar-b-que and rotary drier.
