Stables Cottage is situated at the bottom of our garden in the village of Drayton, a typically picturesque small English village in the stunning countryside of the Welland Valley with breakthtaking views. On the borders of Rutland, it is easy to reach Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire.

The cottage has a double bedroom, (single bed in sitting room), sitting/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and outside a patio verandah. Parking is either through main drive to your own parking space or outside your own garden gate facing village green. Clothes line in garden.

Filled with our own personal furniture, pictures and necessities, also, magazines, books, radio, DVD. Our own herbal beauty care products from Martha Hill/Beauty Naturals company for all guests.

Included: linen and towels, electricity/gas bills, cooker, fridge, ironing board and iron, microwave available (washing machine, iron and ironing board, freezer, drying room available in main house). We have internet access. CDs books, DVDs you may borrow from main house library.

We offer a Welcome pack of essential food supplies on arrival and a useful basket full of local tourist information. Also a List of general Information to make life easier!

We make restaurant bookings, find you taxis and give you train time-tables. Let us know if you require anything special for your needs. This is your time and we want to make you feel welcome, not pressurised with rules!

Several excellent restaurants are all within 5 miles including Cinnamon Lounge delivery take-away. Ashley farm shop is 10 minutes drive. Medbourne and Gt Easton have excellent village shops. Market Harborough is ideal for shopping. Supermarkets in Corby, Uppingham and Oakham.

Directions
Drayton is between Great Easton and Medbourne. From Uppingham take the A6003 to Corby and turn off at Caldecott on your right before reaching Rockingham.
