Sea Whispers Cottage is a small self catering holiday cottage, which has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated, suitable for up to four guests.
Situated in Reighton, North Yorkshire, it sits on Holtby Terrace amongst four terrace cottages, built over 100 years ago.
The cottage is an ideal base for exploring the nearby seaside resorts of Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough.
On entering the cottage through the front door, you are greeted with original stairs, taking you upstairs to the two en-suite bedrooms and a door to your left to the living area.
The Living area exudes charm, with its original exposed beams, sandstone floor and a log burning stove. It is equipped with a colour television, DVD player and a CD radio for a cosy night by the fire.
The kitchen is located at the rear of the property, which also has the original exposed beams. This is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, fitted units and work surface.
Located off the kitchen, is the utility room with a washing machine and an extra toilet. For that added luxury, there is under floor heating in the living and kitchen area.
Through the back door there is a paved area with table, chairs and barbeque for those sunset evenings.
Upstairs, to the left is the front bedroom with original fire grate, old fashioned king sized bedstead and en-suite. This comprises of a small bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.
The second bedroom, which is located at the back of the property, has twin beds with en-suite containing shower, toilet and wash basin.
