With private parking for 2 cars the driveway leads to 2 steps onto a large decked balcony opening up to a Stunning Vista of the Lake towards Claife Heights and the islands Hen Holme and Lady Holme, and towards Waterhead at Ambleside; also the Lakeland fells of Loughrigg, Nab Scar, the Fairfield Horseshoe, Wansfell, and beyond to Dunmail Raise.
Views from the Lake Shore, accessible via some steps from the top of the driveway, include Rough Holme, Millerground and the fells of Ill Bell, Froswick and Thornthwaite Beacon.
With no public access in front of L23, Guests can enjoy peace and privacy watching the boats go by, and be entertained by the abundance of wildlife, but benefit also from being just 10 mins walk into the village, with amenities and attractions on the doorstep.
Self Catering Accommodation comprises: 2 Bedrooms - 1 double with TV-DVD and en-suite shower facility with heated towel rail - 1 twin - double sofa bed in lounge.
