The Annex bungalow is attached to the main house, it has its own entrance, and is fully furnished and equipped.

It has an open plan lounge-kitchen-breakfast bar. Two bedrooms both en-suite plus an additional shower-toilet.

Includes all services you would normally expect to find in your own home, including washer, dryer.

It is on the door step of Heaton Park and several other parks and Golf Courses.

There are local shops, super markets, bars and restaurants.
