Visit Wales:   4 star
Cottage's own web site
Nestled in the heart of the Carmarthenshire countryside, within easy reach of its stunning coastline and just 6 miles from Carmarthen itself, lies Coed Adam, an idyllic, picture-postcard farmhouse set in 10 acres of its own land.

Built in the 18th Century, this spacious haven has been sympathetically refurbished to provide an interior brimming with style, comfort and character. It is a place where peace and tranquillity reign supreme; rare red kites swoop majestically through daytime skies while barn owls punctuate the serene silence of the night-time hours.

Inside, comfortable sofas beneath traditional oak beamed ceilings offer the perfect ingredients for cosy evenings around the inglenook fire place or log-burner in one of its two inviting living-rooms

Its patio area, with magnificent views overlooking the beautiful Gwendraeth Valley and taking the eye as far as the Black Mountains, is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind amidst the carefree chorus of nature.

The mass of surrounding land offers plenty of space for exuberant children (and adults!) to enjoy and explore the fascinating array of flora and fauna of the Carmarthenshire countryside:

While Coed Adams stylish bedrooms offer a blissfully, luxurious end to the many days of adventure to be had from the doorstep.

New games room for summer 2012, with pool table, darts, table football and exercise bike.
