Charming four star cottage for two, located in the centre of the picturesque village of Morebattle on the northern edge of the Cheviot Hills and the Northumberland National Park.

Fully equipped to a high standard with full central heating and additional wall mounted feature fire. A flat screen TV with free view and blu-ray DVD-CD player, is provided in the lounge-dining area, while a second TV is located in the double bedroom.

New comfortable leather revolving-rocker armchairs and matching footstools, mean you can rest the weary legs after walking in the superb countryside.

A stylish cast iron spiral staircase leads up to the large bathroom with over bath shower and to the bedroom, which has tea making facilities and hairdryer.

The separate kitchen has all modern appliances, including washing machine.

There is off road parking for one car at the front and a small courtyard at the rear. Pets are welcome.

The cottage is in a village surrounded by beautiful countryside, with St. Cuthberts Way and the Pennine Way footpaths closeby.

Floors Castle, Kelso, Abbotsford House and Melrose Abbey are a short drive away.

It will take around half an hour to reach the Berwickshire and Northumberland coast, Holy Island and Alnwick Gardens.
