This picturesque 200 year old cottage is the second of a row of four old coastguard cottages. Situated in the coastal village of Charmouth it is only a 5 minute walk from it's famous fossil beach.
Entry to the cottage is via a small black gate directly off the road, leading to an inviting little porch with a private patio and garden to your right.
The patio has a large seating area and bbq, great for summer evenings. The front door opens onto the large open plan dining room and lounge with it's warm cosy wood burner.
Upstairs are two large comfortable bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and a travel cot. There is also a newly fitted bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen is off the lounge and has an electric cooker with an oven, a microwave oven, fridge and freezer.
There is a utility room to the rear of the property containing a shower room and undercover washing facilities.
Please note that the cottage does not have a parking space and you would need to use the car park opposite the cottage.
Parking permits: Permits from 3 to 8 days covering all West Dorset District Council car parks (Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, West Bay etc) are available from the car park machines and the Tourist Information Centre (TIC), and will ease parking problems for visitors to the area.
