The Spatchett house is owned by an Aldeburgh family, it is a three bedroom semi-detached home in the beautiful seaside town of Aldeburgh.
Situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town, one road over from Saxmundham Road.
When you stay here you will meet the real locals!
It is simply furnished with all the comforts of home, with the added bonus of access from the back garden onto a large 'common land' playing field, known as Kemps Field, making the home an ideal base for a family with children.
The home is still used by the owners throughout the year, so there are a lot of extras that are not normally found in a holiday home.
