Bampton
Cottage's own web site
Honeysuckle cottage is a charming stone built terraced holiday cottage, furnished and decorated to a very good standard located in Bampton, a picturesque Devon town on the edge of Exmoor National Park in an AONB, where Exmoor ponies and red deer can often be seen and whose residents warmly welcome holiday makers.

The location is ideal for exploring Exmoor and local beauty spots and less than one hours drive to either the North or South Devon coast.

An original early Victorian cottage built for quarry workers, Honeysuckle Cottage is one of several in an attractive terrace situated within a few minutes walk of the wide range of independent shops in the town centre.

The cottage is solidly built from colourful Devon stone and has a beautiful and recently re-designed, courtyard garden. Recently refurnished to a high standard, it provides the ideal accommodation for a quiet or romantic break.

The accommodation is well equipped with modern appliances and offers a high degree of comfort for up to four people. The log burner provides a cosy addition to the central heating for those cooler evenings.

The fully enclosed garden and patio is ideal for that evening barbecue or al fresco dining.

A good selection of DVDs, books and local guides is provided for your use.

Bampton is situated midway between Tiverton and Dulverton. It is in a conservation area on the edge of Exmoor surrounded by rolling green hills, typical of the picturesque Devon countryside.

It is a small town with the feel of a village. The residents are rightly proud of their six 'Britain in Bloom' awards and the town is a wonderful sight during the summer months, with blooms in every spare available space.
