The Esplanade boasts possibly one of the best sea views in the country. It is a highly exclusive luxury apartment on the waterfront, with spectacular panoramic sea views from the Devon countryside, across the Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island, over the Tamar and to the beautiful Cornwall scenery and National Trust estate of Mount Edgcumbe.
