The chalet is centrally located within the picturesque twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. It has a magnificent view over the sea towards the hills of Dartmoor - probably the best view in the village.

The living area has a two seater sofa and matching armchairs. The cosy bedroom has one double bed, a bedside table, a digital freeview television and en suite shower room.

Bed linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob.

The front door leads out onto a decked terrace with teak garden furniture and below this there is a paved patio used for sunbathing and barbecues.
There is a private entrance to the property.

The area has a great deal to offer and a week could easily be lost exploring the charming streets, walking the coastline, relaxing on the beach. Walkers are spoilt for choice and can pick up the South West Coast Path in both directions. Mount Edgcumbe's country park starts at the top of the village and you can walk to the famous 16th century house and visit its beautiful gardens.
Locally, there are five pubs, three coffee shops and a choice of places to eat in the evening. It is ideal for a relaxing romantic break.

Either way takes about the same time.
Using the train to Plymouth will leave you with a taxi ride to the Cremyll foot passenger ferry, or the option of using the Cawsand Beach ferry which runs during the summer months. There are frequent buses from Cremyll to Cawsand and Kingsand.
