The Malthouse is a stunning contemporary converted barn situated in the hamlet of Treburrick just a mile from the beautiful bay of Porthcothan, one of the 'Seven Bays for seven days' grouping of beaches.
It has light, open plan living downstairs, giving the house a real feel of space which continues outside to the enclosed garden. With lots of space and a tranquil setting, it is the perfect place for a family holiday or a great romantic retreat for couples.
The property comprises: Open-plan kitchen/dining area with a range of work-surfaces, cupboards, dishwasher, 5 ring gas hob with electric double oven, washing mashine, microwave, fridge/freezer and radio/CD player.
Dining area with oak table and seating for 8. Lounge with doors leading to garden/patio area, woodburner, TV/DVD. Downstairs separate WC.
Fist floor: Twin bedroom, childrens room with bunk beds and separate single bed (recommended for children only due to ceiling height above bunk). Bathroom with bath,WC,basin and shower attachment. Kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room,WC and basin.
NB: There is a spare bedroom just off the kitchen with a double bed. This property is not suitable for more then 5 adults.
