Traditional restored 3 bedroomed fisherman's cottage with central heating and coal fires in each of the 2 reception rooms. All rooms have sensational sea views. Largest bedroom is now en-suite.

Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, freezer, microwave, cable TV and video, linen and ample parking around. Modern kitchen again facing the sea.

Beaches, shops and restaurants all nearby. Watch the sea birds, the changes in the sea and the sun set from the front garden directly opposite the cottage.

Play the prestigious Brora course. So much to see and do! Miles of golden sands and rocky coves with seals. Golf course in the village 500 yds with championship James Braid course. 5 other courses within 12 miles. RSPB Nature Reserve at Loch Fleet 5mls away but you can bird watch on the sands from cottage garden.

Great country for hiking, walking and cycling or for historical sites such as Dunrobin Castle. Distillery. Fishing in Brora or Brora loch.

Nearby Dornoch with its cathedral, beaches and world famous golf course. Ideal for visiting Inverness or the west and north coasts. 5 minutes walk to the coach link for day trips to the Orkney Isles.

Directions
One hour north of Inverness on the A9. On reaching Brora, clock tower is on the left as you go downhill. Turn right just after this, before the bridge over the river. Follow the harbour road round. Keep to the left following mouth of river. Araireachd Ard is the first house on the right (red garage) where river meets the sea.
