Welle House is a family home on the edge of the village, and the holiday home comprises half of the original house, being completely self-contained, with it's own front door. The house is very spacious, light and airy, larger than most holiday cottages, and retaining many of its original 1930s features.

Downstairs there is a through lounge/kitchen/diner with patio doors to a private patio and garden with BBQ and picnic table, and ample parking.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooker, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, and TV, VCR, DVD and Satellite are provided in the lounge. There is also a double bed-settee.

Also downstairs is a bathroom with shower attachment and washing machine and an imposing entrance hall with stairs up.

Bedroom 2 - Double room with twin aspect, over the countryside to Dartmoor and over the village.

Directions
From the A38 Devon Expressway, take the turnoff at Buckfastleigh for the A384 towards Totnes. In Dartington, join the A385, and continue towards Totnes.

At the traffic lights as you enter Totnes, take the filter lane to turn right, onto the A381 towards Kingsbridge. Continue into the very centre of Kingsbridge, and from there take the A379 towards Dartmouth, until you reach the village of Stokenham.

In Stokenham, turn right at the mini-roundabout at Carehouse Cross, and follow the signs to East Prawle.

As you approach East Prawle, you will pass a farm yard to your right, and as you do so, Welle House is the big yellow house you will see in front of you across the field. Continue past the duck pond, and take the next right turn. Continue for about 100 yards, and the gates to the house will be on the left.
