Our studio cottage is ideal for couples wanting a base in the country to explore Sussex.

The cottage has a double bed and shower room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ring hob, oven, electric kettle, toaster and microwave.

There is a dining table and chairs, in the lounge area there are two arm chairs and a colour television with freeview and DVD player.

Wiston Stores and Tea Rooms stock basic provisions and is within walking distance. There are many pubs, restaurants and take-aways locally.

The cottage has its own private garden overlooking the moat with garden chairs and barbeque.

Linen and towels are provided as well as electricity.
There is off street parking outside the cottage.

The cottage is just off the A283 Washington to Steyning Road. By train to Pulborough station and then taxi or the hourly Compass 100 bus to Wiston. Alternatively to Shoreham station then taxi or 22 bus to Steyning then Compass 100 bus to Wiston.
