Flo's Cottage is a 19th century, south facing, agricultural estate worker's cottage. The Cottage provides a comfortable, non-smoking, two bedroomed, centrally heated family accommodation it retains many of the original features.
A comfortable lounge with exposed beams and central heating, is equipped with Freeview TV and DVD player. French doors lead to a patio.
The exposed beamed kitchen is modernised to a high standard with a range of base units, fridge, cooker with ceramic hob and double oven and dishwasher.
The hallway is off the living room, leading to the stairs and downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.
The family bathroom, has a bath with an electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
The two bedrooms are traditionally furnished with double bed, plus a single bed in bedroom two, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Flo's Cottage is situated in the small village of Averham 3 miles west of Newark on Trent.
From Newark take the A617 Mansfield. The first village you come to is Kelham. Stay on the A617. One mile further on take the left turn signposted Averham Village Only. Follow the road round past the school on the right. Take the next left Staythorpe Road, followed by the next right Pinfold Lane. The owners cottage is 3rd on the left.
