At Meadowview Cottages we offer 4 star self catering accommodation in a choice of 2 cottages or a log cabin.
The Granary and The Coach House each sleep up to 5 people, Larkrise sleeps up to 6.
The cottages lie at the heart of our 450 acre farm and have beautiful views across our secluded valley.
Whilst staying with us you will have the opportunity to experience life on the farm and enjoy the Northamptonshire countryside.
Each cottage offers:-
- A fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
- Free Wifi access and freeview TV plus DVD player.
- All towels, bed linen, heating and lighting are included in the price.
- A cot and high chair are available on request.
The Granary (sleeps 5 + cot)
A two bedroom cottage sleeping five. It provides two storey accommodation and was converted, as the name suggests, from the original farm granary. It is a beautiful cottage with original exposed beams and sandstone walls two feet thick!
The en-suite master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has three full sized single beds, two of which are set up as bunks. Downstairs there is a large separate wetroom providing level access for ease of entry.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and oil fired central heating along with a large lounge and dining area. There is a patio at the rear of the property, which is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or having a barbecue on warm summer days.
A cot is provided for parents with young children along with a high chair and stair gate. A sofa bed can also be arranged in the living room to provide temporary overnight facilities for friends or family.
Parking is provided for two cars but if you wish to have friends and family to visit whilst staying with us we can provide ample additional parking.
The Coach House (sleeps 5 + cot)
A single storey cottage offering level access throughout and sleeping 5 people in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom, with 3 full size beds (not set up as bunks) has an en-suite shower room.
The cottage has a large lounge/dining area featuring a beautiful wood burning stove and we provide all the wood you may wish to burn. The Coach House also has full oil-fired central heating, a patio with built in barbecue and cot and highchair available on request. Parking is available next to the cottage.
Larkrise (sleeps 6 + cot)
A single storey log cabin, Larkrise is positioned in a very secluded part of the old farmhouse garden. It sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and offers a truly different accommodation experience.
The Swedish cabin is heated by a state of the art air source heat pump and uses high levels of insulation, triple glazing and heat recovery technology to help minimise the ecological impact of your stay.
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is a wetroom for the other bedrooms. The large lounge-diner has patio doors leading out onto the covered veranda and provides a beautiful place to sit in the evenings as the sun sets.
A private play area is available for children outside the cabin and a cot and highchair are also available on request.
