An outstanding grade II listed stone built cottage. In the quiet rural village of Brandsby, conveniently situated in between York and Helmsley.

Lovingly restored, this delightful cottage boasts exposed beams, oak flooring, log burner and deluxe en-suite steam shower with foot massage and built in radio - the height of luxury.

Set in the beautiful rolling countryside of the Howardian Hills (AONB) this is an excellent base for touring York, North York Moors and the East Coast Seaside resorts, with an abundance of abbeys, stately homes and gardens close by; (Nunnington Hall, Newburgh Priory, Castle Howard, Duncombe Park, Rievaulx Abbey to name but a few).

The cottage is close by to Easingwold for all amenities and has an excellent award winning pub just 2 miles away; also in nearby Stillington there are 2 pubs and and a shop/ post office and fish and chip shop.

This quality cottage is complemented by the charming walled courtyard outside, ideal for dining alfresco.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms.
1 x double with en-suite steam shower, WC and basin.
1 x super king (Zip and Link) which can be made up as two singles by prior arrangement.
Both have freeview colour TVs.
Bathroom with freestanding roll top bath with handheld shower attachment, basin and WC.
Fully fitted kitchen with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and luxury wine chiller.
Utility with washer / dryer.
Sitting Room with log burning stove.

Seaves cottage is an excellent destination for a varied year round break; with great walking and riding opportunities on the many footpaths and bridleways this is an ideal base for a relaxing break.
